Withholding tax amount is not getting reversed from MR8M

Dear SAP Support,

We are encountering an error whereas when I execute tcode MR8M system does not reverse the Withholding Tax Amount. I haven't encountered this issue from my previous clients.

For example during MIRO, the entry generated is:

Dr. GRIR Clearing 1000

Dr. Input VAT  120

Cr.   Withholding Tax     10-

Cr.   AP - Trade         1110-

When I execute MR8M, the entry generated is:

Dr. AP - Trade   1120

Cr.    Input VAT            120-

Cr.    GRIR Clearing   1000-

Is there any OSS notes that we need to implement? Or is there any missing configuration on our part?
