Problem In Routine For RCC Calculation

Hello Experts,

     i am facing a problem in Routine for RCC rate calculation. problem is that

     1) System will calculate the total of sum of Node ID’s Base price (e.g. Cond type ZPR0) under 1 or many Service ID’s of a single customer.

     2) At the time of Billing under collective billing run system will perform the step 1 mentioned above and check for the maintained range in the Z table.

     3) Once the percentage found system should calculate the maintained percentage against the range maintained in the table and add it into the pricing under ZRCC condition type. And populate the cond. In final Billing.

     and for crateing billing i am using VF04 transaction.

     so please any one have an idea for this or  any BADI'S or exits for this? then please suggest me.
