1. Enable start mass process  => implies while initiating the process you can select multiple employee's. Say you wish to provide a bonus to all the employees you could use this.

2. Mass form scenario type => The is a form scenario type for FPM based processes and used in scenarios like hiring in bulk. You can upload the data from MS excel.
