Yes, it is only going to loop through on those actions giving unlimited IT0014 when saving until the yellow arrow exits the loop. The employee chooses the WT themselves, so no default is needed here.
Yes, IT0014 and IT0015 should work in the same way, the only difference is that this one is only valid when Employee Subgroup 90
