Hi Omar,
There can be many reasons for this error.
- Is the Java version compatible with the BO version you have?
- Which browser are you using? Is the version of the browser compatible with the Java and BO versions?
Check out the PAM (Product Availability Matrix) document to get answers for the above questions.
If this is happening using Webi Rich Client:
- How much memory is Webi using? You can see that in the Task Manager. If a lot, restart Webi.
- In some rare cases, I've found that the Webi document was corrupted and I got these errors.
