How to find out smart forms for standard code XK01?

Dear Experts,

I have an issue in smart forms. When a vendor is created in T-code XK01 after saving the detail goes to email ID which is given while creating vendor. There is an enhancement done to trigger to email ID's at backend. Now i need to find out the enhancement program and the smart forms, as there is a requirement to remove old email ID and add a different email ID, how can i find out?
