1st Execute Create travel request/Create expense report and it will open in other window, follow that path.
With this path we can know that these particular iViews are executing with Standard Launchpad start WD ABAP iView.
This Standard iView is available Under -> Content Administration ->Portal Content ->Content provided by SAP->End user content ->common parts ERP -> iViews.
Open Related links option of Launchpad start WD ABAP iView then add URL iViews which you want to display in related links portion. and save the work.
