ESS CATS Working Time Approval by A|002

Hi Experts,

We are using ESS CATS Application for Timesheet Approval using the Standard Task : TS31000007. As of now the approver will get the workitem for approve/reject only if he is a Chief of the Org Unit.

Is it possible to change this settings so that direct manager via (A|002) can receive the workitem and process it..??
