There is a difference if I use transaction FB08 instead FBRA

Dear Experts,

I want to know what happen if I usually use FBRA transaction for Reset Cleared Items but this time I executed FB08 beacuse I send me error on FBRA and not allowed me to continue. But in FB08 I could do it.

My doubt is if I need to do an extra step or I did ir on wrong way

Additionally, I am not sure what is the difference between FBRA and FB08, there are an specific cases to use one instead other?
