My company needs assistance in implementation new leave policy in SAP. The new leave policy says " a user must get max of 15 days from the day of appointment till higher date 01.31.12.9999. Now this leave quota type( Non Compulsory) should be configured in way that once you reach 15 days the system should not accrue until you use some of the days e.g. if ever you reached 15 days no accrual should take place and if you take 5 days in June then in July the system should accruing again because your balance was now 10 days. Is there a way I can use to implement this?
