You can realize this by defining your own date determination rule.

SPRO: Sales and Distribution

-> Billing 

-> Billing Plan   

  -> Define Rules For Determining Dates

Here you can try to create your own rule for date determination.

For example, Date det. rule   ZZ

Baseline date   07 Billing date/Invoice date

Time period     3          <<<

Time unit       3 Month    <<<

Then assign this rule to Billing Plan type that you're using via:

Sales and Distribution

-> Billing 

-> Billing Plan   

  -> Define Billing Plan Types   

   -> Maintain billing plan types for periodic billing

Field 'Next Bill. Date'.
