Unable to enter Bank account number in employee Master

Dear All

When user save the employee bank account  (70011578810), and employee IBAN number  (AE16 0263 0000 70011578810), the system adding extra (30000) in bank account number, as you can see in below screen

The issue that when we remove the extra 30000 manually for specific, the system not accepting and it’s adding again the extra (30000) before saving, which making the account number incorrect.

Also if we add only the employee bank account (70011578810),and press generate IBAN no automatically, the system generate IBAN No that different totally from the employee IBAN no.

Could anyone tell me is there any  configuration related to FI in order to add the bank account number without adding extra (30000).
