We have SAP BO Bi platform 4.x and Crystal reports 2011 installed on Win server 2008 R2.
Accidentally installation folder is deleted. Now when i go to add/remove programs in windows and try to uninstall a component like Bi platform or client
it says "program is already uninstalled, do you want to delete it on list" so i deleted them all on add/remove list. But all files and registry entries still on
the system. Also when i try to run BI platform's setup.exe it is not working and says "internal error occured, setup will exit."
How can i remove all things about BI platform without uninstall option?
