SRM Sourcing relevance indicator

Hi,

We are using SRM 7.1 SP9

Scenario:

SC: 100Qty

PO: 100Qty

     Sourcing relevance indicator on SC: Blank

PO qty reduce to 95 Qty

SC; for 5 Qty show up in sourcing.

Buyer reject it

     Sourcing relevance indicator on SC: Y

PO qty reduce to 90 Qty

SC not showing up in Sourcing.

     Sourcing relevance indicator on SC: Y

I think system should sent the complete 10 qty back to sourcing.

Not sure, this is Std. scenario or bug?

Please assist.
