Hi Ognian,
we also had some problems with some of our Webservices. We checked out our all the webservices and Communication arrangements activated them and checked them in and it worked.
If that doesn't help:
Have you tried to download the wsdl from the cloud applications studio ?
Have you created a Patch, or is your solution is disabled by any other reason now ?
Are there any Errors if you trigger an Activate all Items?
