1. There is no way to get the data on to the dashboard before launching it.Take the query output in an excel sheet and copy-paste it to the place where the query mapping is done in the Dashboard statically so that the spread-sheet can be adjusted.
Once the dashboard is launched the static data will be replaced by the data from the query,Hence no problem with the data.
Can you explain the question No. 2 in detail?
