To display more than 1000 rows you will need to modify your registry on each workstation.
Open regedit and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SAP BusinessObjects\Suite XI 4.0\Crystal Reports\DatabaseOptions (for 64 bits: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\SAP BusinessObjects\Suite XI 4.0\Crystal Reports\DatabaseOptions )
Add a new key with the name "LOV". Then add a string called MaxRowsetRecords and give this a value that is suitable for you ex. 10000
