May be you can use the badi WD_BADI_DOMODIFYVIEW  to add the options dinamically. You can add in the filter of the badi the components you want.

But I don't know how to control the actions in this way... mmm

EDIT: I think is not possible with this badi you'd need a similar badi for the method WDDOONCONTEXTMENU.
