how to catch current values in user exit EXIT_SAPLCOIH_009 (PM Order: Customer Check for 'Save' Event)

hello all,

in PM order( IW31 or IW32),

checking the user entries by using exit EXIT_SAPLCOIH_009 (PM Order: Customer Check for 'Save' Event),

checking for components

checking for operations

here( lines marked in red color are current entries),

however i could not catch the current entries by using above exit (before saving the order)..

how do i catch the current records in user exits,
