On Premise Gateway system not connecting to HCP Web IDE

Hi,

My on premise gateway system not connecting to HCP Web IDE. I downloaded cloud connector for this but not able to install it. Would it be helpful to install cloud connector? If yes, could you please advise how to do that. I downloaded cloud conneor and installing it based on below links:

I could not find any .msi file in my version of cloud connector

please help !
