Hello
Just locate the task TS9XXXXXXX in the workflow Definition in Transaction SWDD and walk through the BOR method or class method code to see if a pop up for comments is coded in. Debug the method in SWO1 or SE24. If you have an additional task for capturing the comments the remove the Task from WF definition (right click and cut the task). If this is a productive workflow then ensure that you create a Version and finish the in-flight workflows before you move this change to production.
