How to test "EDI orders are validated for completeness and checked for accuracy by the system." in SAP at configuration level.

1. Are these EDI information from customer's system to SAP?
2. In SAP, are sales orders created automatically because of these inbound IDocs?
3. Are you trying to configure the setup for 1 and 2?
4. What do you expect?
Suppose the IDoc fails (red traffic light), then what do you want to see? WE02/5
Suppose the IDoc succeeds (green traffic light), then the IDoc will contain the sales order number in Status records. And you can check that order by going in to VA02/3 or table VBAP.
