We dont have ARQ so sorry I will not be able to test it and check, but I have a suggestion, because even in backend system in SU01, you would have problem when you enter just the phone number.
In the ARQ request do you have option to enter extension? if yes, is it ok to enter extension as 0 or any number?
would suggest to enter extension number along with phone number and check or either you can try as 12345678900000 as your number, where the first 10 number will be your telephone number and last for will be your extension, thanks
