You should to check the following points:

1. The hardware resourses of clients computers:
   1. RAM memory
   2. Processor frequency
2. The Internet Bandwith on your company
3. Do you have a VPN for SAP's users? or Do you have in the same net SAP's users (RDP) and Internet's users?
4. How many SAP's users are working with SAP?
