STMS Import Error

Hi Experts,

I Am having problem with the TR , Our system Landscape is as  Development /Production

DEV has two client 200 and 210

PRD has Two Client 400 410

we set STMS as , when we send change request from 210 it automatically will be in import queue of 200

i attached the  screen shot which will be help full to you

i can view the import queue for SYstem QA1 But

When i Click the DUM System for Import queue following error

how to solve this problem

i need to import all request from 210 to 200
