From your Log, it seems that in table view V_512W_D, for Processing Class 94, WT /101 has a value other than 1, and because pcr ZU14 is called by Operation PCY, it is going back to pcr ZU16.
First, instead of PCYGZU14, try using Operation GCY ZU14.
Second, check the value of Pr.Cl. 94 for WT /101, and either change it or modify your pcr to include that value.
Third, from the pcr's IT, I can see that WTs /101 and 9994 share the same splits, so that after confirming that it is processing WT /101 (through Operation WGTYP?), it was able to read the Amount of WT 9994 and transfer it into Temp.Var. XGRO, and then establish that the Amount value of WT /101 was greater than the Amount value of WT 9994, therefore going into the query of WT /101's value for Pr.Cl. 94, and since it's value was other than 1 (return value *), Operation ADDWT * was called.
