To all the gurus out there,
I am attempting to use UAR with manager as reviewer and face the below issues with GRC10 SP22. LDAP was setup as sequence 1 for data source follow by GRC and ECC.
1. After running the sync program for LDAP, I get a lot of entries in GRACUSER but missing some employees.
2. I ran the data generation for the UAR and some of the employees have reviewers assigned and some do not even though they are valid users.
For issue 1, does anyone experience the same issue and how was the issue resolved?
For issue 2, I log a ticket to SAP and below is their explanation.
a. The LDAP sync must happen and data to be in table GRACUSER.
b. The users need to be valid, meaning they have data in LDAP.
c. Found a note that mentioned LDAP and the systems must sync in GRACUSER.
I found out that even without syncing the target systems, I was still able to generate the UAR data.
The data is not completed with all the reviewers.
For point c, I have users and target system in GRACUSER but still not getting the desired result.
Has anyone out there faced similar issues? If not and UAR works completely well with manager as reviewer, please advise the process to get it working.
