How to bypass IT0416 error message to pay more than employee earned quota

Dear Team ,

I have one requirement to pay more than employee quota , like if employee have 10 days as quota we want to pay them 10*1.42= 14.2 days . But when I did this its showing error as follow:

My question is how to bypass that error
