I forgot to mention but I already have the SP7 and Fp3 installed.

So acording to that sap note ,  the corba system error occurs only when an audit db error happens.

When I restarted the server instance the audit db error is a primary key violation when inserting records to SERVER_PROCESS table.

If I delete the records on the table which cause this error, no more audit db errors happen and if I delete the temporary auditing files, I hope the system will work well as expected , at least, until an audit db error occur.
