We tried using an old template originally designed in CR9 and then converted to CR13. We also redesigned the template from scratch using CR13 (vs 2013). In both cases we get the error after a few successful runs.
We are disposing of the report and sub-report objects. We cannot replicate the error in our dev environment. We set the PrintJobLimit to 5, just to see if after calling the report+subreport a couple of times we could reproduce the issue but it always works (in dev).
sap crystal reports runtime engine for .NET framework (32-bit) is installed; our customer has also Crystal Reports 10 (10.0.0.5335) installed on same box.
