My datasource doesn't get all data from SAP R3!

Hi everybody,

I got an issue about a custom datasource. I created a custom datasource, and it runs normally since January, 2015. But these days, I recognized that I can't see some records that they are exist in SAP R/3. For example, There are two images below  You will see 3 records at first image, it is from R/3, rsa3. But there are only 2 records in BW.

     There is no filter in the infopackage.Update Mode is full mode, not delta.
