Early Watch Report not generating.

Dear All,

Please help in generating the EWA Report

Environment:

For ECC 6.0 (ST-PI    2008_1_700     0007 )

Solman System: Component Version:- 7.1 (ST-PI    2008_1_700     0009 )

Steps we are following to generate EWA manually:

1. Solman System - A new Service is created. But when it calls SDCCN, it throws an error- No trusted/login RFC connection for the system <SID of prod system> in TA SMSY.

2. When we manually call SDCCN in the production system and create a task there, then that task first time got completed, but now it throws an error- (Image attached)

Please find attached images.

Below RFC are working fine.

RFCs:

SM_SIDCLNT<clnt>_READ

SM_SIDCLNT<clnt>_TRUSTED

SM_SID_TRUSTED_BACK

Production System for which the report is to be generated:

SM_SIDCLNT<clnt>_BACK

SM_SIDCLNT<clnt>_TRUSTED

SM_SID_TRUSTED_BACK
