Appraisal Template - Deleted Object ID inserted while transporting

Hi All,

I am creating Appraisal Template .Currently I am facing few issues are

1. Due to lack of time >>Is there any way to do fast configuration other than (Phap_catalog)  and preview from development server?

(Each time I am releasing & generating)

2.While transporting to the client server deleted object IDs are inserted even after deleting from unused elements.

3.How to Insert image file .

4.POWL configuration >>Authorization.

5.Configuration for notification (IT0019)
