We have fixed similar issues in version 1.14 including the issue that was mentioned by Anuraag Aggarwal (code getting copied over many times after an exception).
Please try to work with the new version and let me know if you encounter this issue again.
If this is happens (I hope it won't) try to add all the relevant details.
