My issue may appear silly but can someone help me on it please? Our client is currently using CATS for recording time of the employees. The employees fill the time sheet once in 15 days as they are paid semi-monthly. Hence they by default input 8 hrs a day unless they have taken a PTO or leave and it's really tough for the managers to monitor if they have really worked for the hours entered. Hence, our client wants to capture the exact check in ,break times and check-out times for appropriate time recording.
My question is, do we have anything in SAP where the time gets recorded automatically and stored in infotypes when the employee logs in?
Or do we need to setup time terminals to capture the exact times and then send it to SAP for further processing?
