Issue is solved.

I Copied ROOT folder from  <Install_dir>Program Files

(x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI

4.0\warfiles\webapps to directory Tomcat->Webapps

¨If the ROOT folder is already present in Tomcat ->Webapps folder, then

you can rename the existing ROOT folder to ROOT_old and perform the

above steps"
