Upload from Flat FIle in BW

Hi Guys,

I am trying to automate the process of flat file upload in SAP BW and was following this document.

However I got stuck at the step where author is Creating a Cutsom TCODE  in SE93. While creating its mentioned on Page no 11 that enter  Program name 'ZINS_PATH'.

My question is, is that the Program what author created in step 2 in SE38 on page no. 4?

Can anyone please clarify?
