Chat in SAP C4C and / or SAP Jam

Hi Community -

I am exploring ways to bring in chat functionality into SAP C4C and / or SAP Jam. Now, the scenario could be three-fold:

1. A C4C user chats with another C4C user

2. A C4C user chats with a Jam user

3. A Jam user chats with another Jam user

I understand that Genband can be used to build such a functionality as part of a project implementations. Any other options / standard features / etc...?
