For our Marketing Employees we Use Time Evaluation without Clocktime (TM04 Schema)
Let me Explain you with an Example:
1. Employee Ajay has applied Casual Leave on 10th Sep for 3 hours
2. Since its Negative Time System Assumed him Present for rest of Hours (8hrs - 3hrs = 5 Hours)
3. Ajay again applied 5 hours extra work through IT2002.
In the Above Case, The Applied Casual leave is being reduced to 1 hour.
here 2 hours are getting reduced out of 3.
if he is applying extra work for 3 hours leave is not getting reduced. everything is fine
but, if he is applying for 5 hours or more, leave is reducing.
