Custom vendor and PAN valid from date is missing in J1ID

Hi,

In J1ID vendor excise detail  Tab Customs Vendor (J_1I_CUSTOMS) and Valid from Date(J_1IPANVALDT) is missing.

It is available in  Vendor excise detail table J_1IMOVEND.

Please guide me how can update above field or which transaction will be used.
