Smartform with multipl pages - different text - No driver program

Hi,

Could you please some one guide me how to create a smartform with 4 pages.

Page1) Customer Page

Page2) Vendor Page

Page3) Bank Page

Page4) Company Page

We do not have a driver program .   4 pages should print every time and each page only text is differes. Data printing will be same for each page.

Any clues will be appreciated
