Rollback All Ztable updates in one go

Hi,

I have  a scenario where  . Firstly i am updating business line item ztable and at the end updating header Ztable . WHile updating header Z table if one specific field (Inspected_ok) is blank then i need to rollback header table and item table(Previously filled)  .

Could you pls guide me how to rollback item table changes using at one go .

Note : item table already filled and work area cleared .
