Memory Utilization is high

Dear Experts, Our new SAP Installation is on HP UX IA64 and Database is Oracle 11.2.0.3.0. We have installed ERP, CRM and Portal(on NW 7.3). In EP system we are using ADS purpose only right now. But in all EP system it is showing memory usage is high(almost 100 percent) from both GLANCE and Application level. See the below image;

What can be the root cause of it and how to trace & resolve it? Can anybody help me on that ?
