Freight value not populate on main item in case of free goods scenario

Dear Experts,

We have a requirement where we have to add freight value of Free of Charge Item to the Main item.

for Example:- Customer is getting 1 item free for 10 items , But the freight value is calculating for 10 Items only.We have to calculate the Freight value for 11 Items.Is it possible to add Freight of Free of Charge Line Item to the Main Item.

Please suggest the solution.
