B1if File Missing and not show Message Log

Hi All,

I do not get any success or failure message in the  B1if log, But b1if pick the file and it's show the queue more then 10 or 20 mins. After check the queue it's cleared but it's not show in Message Log. few scenario this issue happen where i will look that this file
