Hi,
I have been customazing and preparing all the external list management feature in SAP CRM marketing. I have been able to create customers in the system without problem.
However, customer are created with no role assigned. Customer requirement is that those customers coming from External List Management should be created with the role prospect. I have been checking documentation and through sap scn forums, but I haven't din anything related. Any idea if it is possible to created automatically customer with role prospect from external list management?
