Hello Rakesh,
As I am aware you can only show the material code on planned orders and the material description on production orders.
On Define graphical object type you have to select SAPXXX corresponding to your planned orders. Go to Fields "folder" or menu and there you have to introduce, on the first position of the table PLAF, MATNR to show your Material code.
I don't know if you can show the material description on planned orders but I have read that it is not possible. Anybody correct my if I am wrong.
