Re: How to maintain 40ACK & 40 ECC in Tree stracture.

Hi,

Please check the documentation of these two features.

For 40ECC:

The first row of the table that is returned, denotes the employer

classification code, which is two characters wide. The second row  is

the employer PAN, which can be a maximum of ten characters wide. The

third row returns the employer TAN, which can be a maximum of ten

characters wide. The fourth row returns the employer GIR number, which

can be a maximum of 20 characters wide. The fifth row returns the

employer PAO code, which has a maximum of 20 characters wide. The sixth

row returns the employer DDO code, which has a maximum of 20 characters

wide. The seventh row returns the employer PAO Registration, which has a

maximum of 7 characters wide. The eigth row returns the employer DDO

Registration, which has a maximum of 10 characters wide. The ninth row

returns the employer TAN Registration Number, which is a maximum of 12

characters wide.

Note:  A particular value should not exceed its  maximum length, for

example,  in case of TAN,  the total length should not be more than ten

characters.

For 40ACK:

There are four rows of output, one for each of the four quarters of the year.  From the documentation:

Form 24Q e-File submission acknowledgement receipt number

You must maintain acknowledgement receipt number for all four

quaters of the financial year as - <Quater number>/<15 digit

number>, for example, 1/123456789012345

Best Regards,

Aman
